The board of directors is responsible for making the most essential and crtitical high-level decisions. As the final authority for the university, they make all legal and fiduciary decisions, although they delegate some specific powers and duties to others.

The board of trustees is responsible for developing and approving our mission, strategic goals and objectives, and establishing policies related to programs and services.
